Frequently Asked Questions
How often should I have my windows cleaned?
Most homeowners choose to have their windows cleaned twice a year (every other season). It is recommended to have your windows cleaned annually at the minimum, and once per season if you like your windows cleaner year-round.
Can I be put on a schedule?
Yes! From monthly to annually, you can get on a recurring schedule by request. Ask about our maintenance program that will keep your windows shining all year long.
How long will it take?
The average residential window cleaning typically lasts around 3-4 hours, depending on many factors such as number of windows, windows sizes, and window accessibility.
Do I need to prepare in any way prior to service?
If you have furniture or other items blocking windows, it would quicken our service if you moved them prior to our arrival, but this is not required. Any items of particular fragility, value, or special treatment located in the vicinity of our working area should be addressed and/or moved prior to or immediately upon our arrival.
Are you insured?
Yes! With our multi-million-dollar insurance policy, you can be assured your windows are in good hands.
Does window cleaning include screens?
We offer three different service packages depending on your needs, all including screens! Our Premium Package is all-encompassing: interior & exterior glass cleaned, screens cleaned, tracks vacuumed, sills/trim wiped, and cobwebs cleared. This ensures optimum functionality and longer life for your windows!
What if it rains?
Tut, tut! If it looks like rain on the day of your scheduled clean, we can reschedule a service at your request. Additionally, if it rains within seven days following your residential Premium Package in Midland/Odessa, we will touch up your windows by request, free of charge.
Can you remove paint/concrete/debris from my windows?
Yes we can! As an add-on service, we can effectively remove most debris from glass without damaging the window.
Should I have my windows cleaned before selling my house?
Yes! According to Money Magazine, the average return on investment for window cleaning prior to selling a house is 768%. A worthy investment indeed!
Do you use Midland tap water to clean windows?
We utilize R.O. (reverse osmosis) water for our services, or, in the case of water-fed pole utilization, completely pure deionized water (0 ppm) is employed for the cleanest glass possible.
Do you use any harmful chemicals?
No! We take great consideration in our products and methods, and only use products we feel comfortable using in our own home.
